Neurodivergent-Friendly Therapy

It can be hard to find care that works for neurodivergent minds.

I value creating neurodivergent-friendly space for my clients and seek regular education and supervision on how to provide competent care to those who have formal diagnoses and/or who self-identify as ADHD and Autistic.

I especially enjoy working with AuDHDers (those with both ADHD and autism) who are navigating the challenges that AuDHD can sometimes create between contrasting sensory and accommodation needs. I am also sensitive to the overlapping chronic illness experience of many neurodivergent people, and strive to create a broader disability-friendly practice.

While the therapy I provide is focused on long-term growth and change, we can also use this space to accomplish shorter-term goals such as preparing for an assessment, processing a diagnosis, and even body-doubling so you can complete tasks.

I’ve compiled a list of resources on ADHD and Autism, available at the link below. Please reach out if you have any questions or suggestions!
